My name is geraldine meagher and I am desperately searching for information on my grand father Michael Meagher. Recently, we have discovered that whilst living just outside Birmingham England he gave his date of birth as being 17th march 1911, and that he left England in 1987.
I am writing this mail from my location in Jonesboro in County Armagh and would desperately love to hear from anyone who has an interest in Meagher's in Tipperary.
Michael's mother may have been Stapleton.
We do not know if he had any brothers or sisters as yet but it would be likely that he did.
