Subject: Desperately searching for ANY information about O'CONNOR/CONNOR/CONNORS ancestors

Message Detail:

I am searching for ANY info re my Gr,Gr,Gr,Gr Grandfather Edmund CONNOR.He may have died between 1851 and 1862 and is buried in a Fethard cemetery. He may be buried with his un-named male infant son.
I found this information in the 1850 Landowners:

O'CONNOR, Edmund. Main Street.
Corn-mill and kiln, both freehold.
yard in Coolnamuck(this was off Barrack Street).

O'CONNOR, Edward. Main Street.
House, offices, yard and garden.
Possibly the son of William

O'Connor, spirit dealer, listed in Pigot's Trade Directory of 1824.
Edward O'Connor was listed in Slater's Trade Directory of 1846 as
grocer, and spirit dealer.

CONNORS, Edmond. Fethard.
Land of 6 acres, 1 rood and 11 perches,

I live in Melbourne,Victoria ,Australia and would love to
hear from anyone who has even the smallest clue,

Regards,
Lisa Sukra
