I'm an American in North Carolina who has fallen in love with Fethard and adopted her as my Irish "hometown". I would like to chat with anyone who has an interest in Irish culture esp. music and folklore. You don't have to be from Fethard or even from Ireland...I turn no one away.

Remember me? I was in your Irish Lit class at UNCA over a year ago. Imagine my surprise when I came across your post here while surfing. You left before I had a chance to say goodbye, so I'm posting in the hopes of keeping in touch via email. You said you wouldn't turn anyone away! A lot has happened to me since the class, but we can catch up later if you choose to respond. I hope you do.
