HELLO. i just found our family crypt in oxford, full of nappers dating back to 15oo. we even have a latter day saint in this crypt called the blessed george napper. contact me if you want to know more, best, thomas \ We are a large family My father is Gordon Thomas Napper ,his dad was thomas ,my brother is thomas .Their was a family reunion some years ago at least of 200 of us . My brother gerry has visited both england and scotland graveyards churches etc with great sucess .Pictures of many He located a Dendy napper that gambled all his fortune (land )away .I understand the nappers started in scotland broke up the clan some changed the spelling many migrated to USA ,Enland Canada .We also have an Aunt Margaret that has much info she researched for years.We have much documentation .I could go on but if you are interested please let me know and I will contact my brother .Dad lives next door to me he is now 81 and has alot more info. Much interested in the Napper's they were John and James Napper of Fethard can't find them anywhere in Ireland but I know of them in the U.S. James's daughter Elizabeth was my gr-grandmother.
